High performance processor: The X1-255 mini PC is equipped with an AMD Ryzen 7 255 (8 cores/16 threads) processor. With higher performance, productive tasks can be tackled easily. It is ideal for photo editing, web browsing, simple games, watching movies, everyday life and programming.
OCulink support: The X1-255 mini PC is equipped with an OCulink connector. OCuLink is a standard for the external PCI Express connector with a speed of PCIe 4.0 x4 = 64G. This port allows you to install external GPUs at higher speeds than Thunderbolt 4 and USB 4. Because the X1-255 is not hot-swappable, OCulink requires an M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 SS slot.
2.5G LAN connection and Wi-Fi 7: The X1-255 has a 2.5G LAN port for wired connections and Wi-Fi 7/BT5.4 for wireless connections. This significantly increases network speed, expands functions and significantly improves computer performance. You can now use more networks such as software routers (OpenWRT / DD-WRT / Tomato etc.), firewalls, NAT and network isolation.
High cooling efficiency: large cooling openings on the sides and the bottom of the housing form a three-dimensional airflow channel. Cold air is sucked in from below, while warm air is dissipated through the back. This effectively prevents heat build-up. The bottom is equipped with an active storage and hard drive cooler (SSD) that ensures storage and SSD work at full speed at all times, ensuring smooth and lag-free system performance.
Expandable memory: The X1-255 micro computer has pre-installed 32GB DDR5 RAM (dual SO DIMM slot, up to 64GB) and a 1TB M.2 2280 PCIe4.0 SSD. You can expand the SSD up to 4TB. Two additional PCIe4.0 SSD slots are available for storage expansion up to 8 TB. Without worrying about lack of memory, you can run software smoothly and watch and store large movies and photos easily.
